God identified the Jews as His chosen people. As a result they enjoyed the favor of God. The favor of God caused them to experience an unprecedented wealth transfer - Ex 3:21. When it was time for them to leave captivity, after many years of slavery under the Egyptians, God instructed them to go and borrow all that they could from the Egyptians.
The Jews obeyed God's instructions. When they finally got to the Red Sea and crossed over to the other side they looked back and saw their captors chasing after them. Eventually the Red Sea reverted back and drowned the Egyptians. In that one scene every debt that the Jews owed was wiped out; there was no longer anyone to payback what they had borrowed. Those who had oppressed them for so long had perished.
Friend one key to enjoying God's favor is obeying His instructions. Daniel, Esther among many others obeyed God's instructions and enjoyed the favor of God. As you follow God's guidance completely there will be a manifestation of the favor of God. It's your time to be favored - Psa 102:13.

You are accepted by grace
By the grace of God you are accepted in the Kingdom of God - Eph 1:6. It was by the grace of God that the Lord purchased your freedom through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus - Eph 1:7. It is because of this sacrifice that you can now be called a child of God.
God's grace doesn't end at the point you identify with the death and resurrection of Jesus, and become born again. Rather you are forever called into a life of grace from the point of new birth onward. You were not just accepted one time. You are accepted forever more. Irrespective of what you are going through or what you may have done, you still have access to the grace of God.
Child of God you are accepted by the grace of God. You must learn to accept the grace of God. Don't allow anyone including the enemy to lie to you concerning your status as the beloved of God. If you make a mistake, repent, pick yourself up and move on. As you remain in the Word of God and prioritize the presence of God, you will eventually overcome those mistakes by the help of the Holy Spirit. Through it all, you remain accepted.

By the grace of God your natural efforts are supernaturally magnified
The apostles of the early church had a great assignment. Their assignment required the grace of God. The grace of God is described as God's willingness to make His power and ability available for the benefit and favor of His children. As a result of the grace of God the early church grew in influence and size - Acts 4:33 & 2:47.
Similarly it will take the grace of God for you to accomplish your God-given assignment. Apostle Paul acknowledged the divine favor of God in his ability to fulfill destiny - 1 Cor 15:10. Whatever God has called you to do will take more than just your natural abilities and labor. God wants to make His power available for your success; His desire is for you to labor by grace.
As you labor factor in the grace of God. The grace of God is a difference maker. By the grace of God your natural efforts are supernaturally magnified, and your results are supernaturally amplified.

You position yourself for divine favor through your attitude
When the angel of God appeared to Mary to inform her of the good news, that she will be the vessel through whom Jesus will be born, she was initially afraid and apprehensive - Luk 1:28-29. This was a natural reaction to being told that as a virgin betrothed to a man she was going to conceive supernaturally. How will she explain this to Joseph and the rest of her family she must have been thinking.
The angel of God sought to reassure her. He told her not to be afraid because she had found favor with God - Luk 1:30. Why did God select Mary out of all the women He could have selected? Friend, Mary was positioned for the favor of God. She had the right attitude for what God was set to do through her. This is evident in her eventual response to the angel. In Luk 1:38 she said to the angel "let it be according to your word." Other people would have gone on to add doubt and unbelief to their initial apprehension.
By her response Mary demonstrated her attitude towards God and His Word. This was likely not the first time. God must have observed her obedience prior to the encounter with the angel in Luk 1, and found her to be the right candidate for favor. You see even though God has made His favor available for you, you must do your part by positioning yourself for the manifestation of divine favor through your attitude. Then you will walk in the fullness of God's favor.

Wisdom For Success in the Workplace
When Jesus lived on the earth, he walked in outstanding results. In fact He was known for His results. The Bible says that His fame spread abroad and that news of Him travelled. He was simply a marvel in His generation. The world had not seen anyone like Him. Yet when Jesus left He made an interesting pronouncement. In Jn 14:12 Jesus said "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father".
You see it is God's desire that we walk in outstanding results wherever we are located including where we work. In Jn 14:12, works is from the Greek word ergon which speaks of works, deeds, acts but also refers to business, employment, that which any one is occupied, and any thing accomplished by hand, art or industry. It refers to miracles, signs, wonders and healings.
It is clear that Jesus was not just referring to greater works at church meetings, afterall, He went about doing good in the midst of the people and was not confined to a building. Some of the many miracles that occurred in Jesus' ministry included multiplying food and turning water into wine. He solved material problems supernaturally. This same power is available for you and I in our place of work.
One of the keys to Jesus' outstanding results was wisdom. He spent so much time in the presence of God that He was able to download specific instructions from God for every situation that He faced (Jam 5:19-20). The manifestation of the wisdom of God in His life was evident to others (Luk 2:52). It is clear that the wisdom of God will cause you to produce solutions that others have not been able to produce; it will cause you to perform at a higher level. This will draw the attention of others.
Another man who walked in divine wisdom was Joseph. Joseph brought the influence of God to bear upon the assignments that Potiphar gave him. As a result he produced superior results (Gen 39:1-4) and began running Potiphar's house. In prison Joseph observed what was going on, and then he was inspired by God to offer solutions. Eventually he began running the prison (Gen 39:20-23). By the wisdom of God Joseph knew to package himself for his defining moment. By divine wisdom he shaved before He showed up in the presence of Pharaoh (Gen 41:14). By divine wisdom Joseph was promoted. When he became Prime Minister he succeeded by divine wisdom.
The Holy Spirit is the source of divine wisdom. According to Dan 5:13-14 the king recognized Daniel as a man of wisdom. He went on to acknowledge that the Spirit of God was in Daniel. In Isa 11:2, the Holy Spirit is described as the spirit of wisdom. Furthermore according to Job 32:8, the Holy Spirit provides divine inspiration. The Holy Sirit will clarify things for you in your place of work or business. I declare that issues that others find confusing will be clear to you.
So how do you position yourself to walk in divine wisdom?
1. Release your faith for wisdom. Ask for wisdom (Mt 7:7-8).
Build your faith for it based on the Word of God. Solomon knew that wisdom is the most important thing (Pro 4:7). He asked for wisdom when God gave him a blank check (2 Ch 1:7-12). As a result he became a reference point in his generation.
2. Place your trust in God.
You must trust absolutely in the wisdom of God and not rely on your natural, sensual wisdom (Pro 3:5-6). Natural wisdom is limited but divine wisdom has no limits (Pro 14:12).
3. Inform yourself.
Daniel was committed to developing and informing himself. He read and studied. (Dan 9:2). As a result of his personal development he was ready to assume the roles that God caused him to be promoted into. You see if you have not developed yourself and your gifts then you will be unable to fully capitalize on the wisdom of God.
In 2013 make a commitment to do whatever it takes to access the wisdom of God. The wisdom of God will be the difference maker in your career and/or your business. As you walk in divine wisdom, you will enjoy outstanding results.

You have grace for your assignment
2 Ti 1:9.
God called us with a specific purpose in mind. And he allocated grace for us to accomplish all that He created us to do.
Irrespective of how glamorous and exciting another person's purpose may seem, you must never downplay your purpose. In God's eyes everyone's purpose is important. This is why He allocated grace for each purpose.
Grace is not just unmerited favor but grace also speaks of God's willingness to make His ability and power available for us.
So as you go living a purposeful life and fulfilling purpose remember that you are not in it alone. Factor in the grace of God.

You must Live on Purpose
The psalmist in Psa 139:14 expresses his awe and wonder at his creation. He acknowledges the miracle of his creation by expressing praise to God.
You see God created you and I to be unique. There are numerous details to us which are not duplicated in anyone else. This is true even of 'identical' twins.
You are packaged the way you are in order to fulfill your destiny. The reason why no two people can ever be a perfect replicate of the other is because each of us has a unique purpose.
When you truly grasp just some of the details in your creation and all the finesse it took to create each human being, you can only break out in praise and adoration to God for packaging you just right for your assignment.
Friend, you are uniquely and wonderfully made. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. God packaged you right. So go forth and live the life He called you live; live on purpose.

God Loves the Humble
Jam 4:6.
The Bible in Jam 4:6 indicates that God loves humility but does not like pride. It goes further to say that God's grace is available to the humble.
God's grace is not just the unmerited favor of God, grace also speaks of God making His ability and power available for us.
The condition for walking in grace is humility. Humility is key in prayer. You must approach God in humility in the place of prayer.
Humility leads to exaltation - Mt 23:12. Pride leads to a fall - Pro 16:18. So choose wisely; choose humility.

Impartation for Elevation

Deut 34:9.
Before Moses died he laid hands on Joshua. The Bible records that Joshua received the spirit of wisdom by this Impartation. You see God gives grace/anointing to men and women according to their assignments on earth. God also designed it so that this grace can be imparted. One of the ways this grace can be imparted is by the laying of hands. You can receive an Impartation of the anointing on another's life by the laying of hands.
In order to advance in life, career, and ministry there will be many times when an Impartation is necessary for the next level. You must learn to honor and respect the anointings that you require for your next level. This will pave the way for Impartation.

The Word is the source of Wisdom
Psa 51:6.
"Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts,
And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom." NKJV.
God desires that you place the His Word, which is the truth, in your inner man, i.e. in your spirit. You do this by reading, hearing, and meditating on the Word of God until you get to the point of revelation.
Then when you face a situation, God will stir up wisdom based on the planted Word in your spirit man. Therefore your manifestation of wisdom is determined by the amount of God's Word that you have deposited in your spirit.
So plant the Word in your heart and you will walk in wisdom at the appointed time.
