Access the secrets you need for your promotion

God seeks a relationship with you. He desires for you to be intimate with Him; He desires fellowship with you. However God will not force you into a closer relationship with you. He gave man a will for a reason. So you will have to make a decision for a more intimate relationship with God. Any decision for a closer relationship with God must be driven by love.

However there are many benefits to an intimate relationship with God. It is in the place of intimacy that you are able to download the secrets of God - Deut 29:29 & Dan 2:19. These secrets have been kept for you and not from you. Also, when you have an intimate relationship with God, your ability to hear His voice and receive instructions is enhanced.

Jesus said that He only did what He saw His Father do - John 5:19. This was possible because Jesus had an intimate relationship with the Father. Scripture also lets us know that Jesus increased in wisdom, favor and stature - Luk 2:52. The key to His increase was His close relationship to the Father.

God wants to increase you. One of the keys to your increase is the quality of relationship that you have developed with the Father. An intimate relationship with the Father will enable you to access the secrets and instructions that you need for your elevation.

It's Favor Time!

Psa 102:13 (NIV)
You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come.

The divine favor of God is part of our salvation package. God knew that you will require His favor in order to be all that you were created to be - 1 Cor 15:10. As children of God you must be conscious of God's divine favor in all of your endeavors. You must acknowledge and expect the favor of God to be manifested in every situation.

Friend this favor is not for some undefined time in the future. This favor is for now. This is the set time for you to be favored - Psa 102:13. Get away from the mindset that God will favor you in the future or God favored me in the past. God wants you to experience His favor now and forever. I declare that the favor of God will cause you to shine now. Amen.

It's time for your promotion

Many times believers erroneously subscribe to the world's way of doing things. They believe and act as though man is the source of promotion. This is as a result of a lack of revelation. The psalmist in Psa 75:6 accurately declares that true promotion comes from God.

You see men can promote you but unless it is from God it will not be fulfilling and lasting, and will not be consistent with the plan and purpose for your life. So instead of looking unto men for promotion you should look unto God. God is ready, willing and able to promote you from where you are currently to where you ought to be. However you must release your faith for God's favor.

You start by meditating on scriptures related to the favor of God. You meditate on these scriptures until you come to a place of revelation. At this point God's favor becomes more real to you than any situation that you are facing. Then you begin to confess the favor of God and begin to speak about the relevant situations in a way that is consistent with what God's word says about favor.

As you release your faith for favor and begin to walk in the consciousness of God's favor there will be a manifestation of God's favor that will lead to your promotion. Friend, it is your time for promotion. Make a commitment to do what it takes to lay hold on your promotion from God. See you at the top.

Honor leads to favor

The favor of God will be needed in order for you to enjoy the fullness of God's plans. It is the favor of God that will cause you to receive things that you did not qualify for in the natural.

One of the keys to walking in the favor of God is honoring your parents - Eph 6:1-3. God instructed HIs people in Deut 5:16 that they must honor their fathers and mothers in order for them to love long lives. He went on to say that as they honored their parents things will go well for them in the promised land. The phrase "that it may be well with you" refers to the favor of God i.e. the favor of God causes things to go well for you.

You honor your parents by listening to and obeying their instructions which are aligned with God's word and instructions. Another way to honor your parents is to honor them with money. Sow into their lives. Buy them gifts. Pay for things that are important to them. You also honor your parents by treating them with respect, holding them in high regard, and speaking well about them to others.

As a child of God you must resist the temptation to follow the world's leaning towards a lack of honor and respect. In society you can see that the common culture is not high on respect and honor. However it is clear from scriptures that honor and respect are important to God. Honor is part of the Kingdom culture. Friend make a commitment to stand for what is right and honor your parents.

You will have a 100% success rate

According to scripture - Pro 20:27, the spirit of a man is the lamp of The Lord. You see God is spirit - Jn 4:24 and man is made in the image and likeness of God - Gen 1:26. Therefore man is essentially a spirit. Man is a spirit who has a soul and lives in a body. This is why God leads man through the spirit. God seeks to direct man onto the prefect path.

For you to do all that God has called you to do or to become all that God has called you to be you must be led by the spirit. You must be sensitive to the leanings and promptings of the Spirit of God. The word lamp is used in Pro 20:27 to signify illumination and clarity. God shines light onto your path through your spirit to direct you. Friend learn to yield to the directions of God and you will never fail. As long as you remain committed to God's instructions you will have a 100% success rate.

Your obedience leads to your promotion

God gave certain conditions for walking in the blessing in Deuteronomy chapter 28. In verse 1 He mentions that for man to walk in the blessing he must obey the instructions and commandments of God. Then God goes on to say in the same verse that as a result of this obedience man will be set high above the nations of the earth.

God is ready, willing and able to promote you - Psa 75:6-7. For you to be promoted and be the head and not the tail - Deut 28:13, you must do it God's way; by making God's Word your standard and obeying every instruction He gives you to the fullest extent. You see partial obedience is still disobedience. You cannot expect the fullness of the manifestation of God when you have only gone part of the way.

Don't be like King Saul who lost his position because he disobeyed God and only obeyed God partially - 1 Sam 13:13-14, 1 Sam 15:22-23. I implore you to make a decision today to be totally obedient to the Word and instructions of God. Then you will be qualified for promotion.

You are in an elevated position

By virtue of your identification with Jesus and accepting Him as your Lord and Savior your status changed. You went from being a sinner to being the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

According to Eph 2:6 you are seated far above principalities and powers, and all rulers of darkness because you are now seated in heavenly places "in" Christ Jesus. The Bible says that you and Christ are one; He is the head and you are the body. So wherever He is present, you are there. Likewise He is present wherever you are located.

Friend don't allow yourself to be pulled down any longer. Your status as a child of God means that you have a high position. You are called and empowered for dominion. However you must have a revelation of this status so that you can walk in it. Stay seated with Christ and walk in the authority and power that comes with that position.

Position yourself for a successful future

Pro 22:2
The rich and poor have this in common,
The Lord is the maker of them all (NKJV)

According to scripture in Pro 22:2 God created both the rich and poor. You don't have to fail or to be poor. Friend, God created every man and woman with the capacity to succeed, excel and prosper. However you must do your part in order to walk in the fullness of God's plans and purpose for your life.

One of the things that you must discipline yourself to do is to set your mind consistent with God's expectations for you. Pro 23:7 says that as a man thinks so is he. You condition yourself to develop an image consistent with God's word by spending time in God's Word consistently. Let God's Word be your standard.

God's plans for you are for good and not evil, to bring you to a good end - Jer 29:11. God is committed to your success however you must develop a mindset consistent with God's plans for you. Make a commitment today to position yourself for a successful future.

It's Time for Your Promotion

True promotion comes from God - Psa 75:6. God has the ability to cause you to be promoted supernaturally. The key to walking in this promotion is your acknowledgement of God's power and ability, and your submission to God. Your submission to God means that you are fully submitted to His will.

It takes a man clothed in humility to be fully submitted to God. Friend, I am not referring to a false humility where you consider yourself as worthless but rather a humility based on faith in God's ability to deliver you from any situation and to promote you.

According to 1 Pe 5:6, if you are truly submitted to God, then He will cause you to enjoy success and be promoted. Make a decision today to yield your will to God's will. Your promotion is already secured, and it's manifestation is around the corner.

Wisdom For Success in the Workplace

When Jesus lived on the earth, he walked in outstanding results. In fact He was known for His results. The Bible says that His fame spread abroad and that news of Him travelled. He was simply a marvel in His generation. The world had not seen anyone like Him. Yet when Jesus left He made an interesting pronouncement. In Jn 14:12 Jesus said "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father".
You see it is God's desire that we walk in outstanding results wherever we are located including where we work. In Jn 14:12, works is from the Greek word ergon which speaks of works, deeds, acts but also refers to business, employment, that which any one is occupied, and any thing accomplished by hand, art or industry. It refers to miracles, signs, wonders and healings.
It is clear that Jesus was not just referring to greater works at church meetings, afterall, He went about doing good in the midst of the people and was not confined to a building. Some of the many miracles that occurred in Jesus' ministry included multiplying food and turning water into wine. He solved material problems supernaturally. This same power is available for you and I in our place of work.
One of the keys to Jesus' outstanding results was wisdom. He spent so much time in the presence of God that He was able to download specific instructions from God for every situation that He faced (Jam 5:19-20). The manifestation of the wisdom of God in His life was evident to others (Luk 2:52). It is clear that the wisdom of God will cause you to produce solutions that others have not been able to produce; it will cause you to perform at a higher level. This will draw the attention of others.
Another man who walked in divine wisdom was Joseph. Joseph brought the influence of God to bear upon the assignments that Potiphar gave him. As a result he produced superior results (Gen 39:1-4) and began running Potiphar's house. In prison Joseph observed what was going on, and then he was inspired by God to offer solutions. Eventually he began running the prison (Gen 39:20-23). By the wisdom of God Joseph knew to package himself for his defining moment. By divine wisdom he shaved before He showed up in the presence of Pharaoh (Gen 41:14). By divine wisdom Joseph was promoted. When he became Prime Minister he succeeded by divine wisdom.
The Holy Spirit is the source of divine wisdom. According to Dan 5:13-14 the king recognized Daniel as a man of wisdom. He went on to acknowledge that the Spirit of God was in Daniel. In Isa 11:2, the Holy Spirit is described as the spirit of wisdom. Furthermore according to Job 32:8, the Holy Spirit provides divine inspiration. The Holy Sirit will clarify things for you in your place of work or business. I declare that issues that others find confusing will be clear to you.
So how do you position yourself to walk in divine wisdom?
1. Release your faith for wisdom. Ask for wisdom (Mt 7:7-8).
Build your faith for it based on the Word of God. Solomon knew that wisdom is the most important thing (Pro 4:7). He asked for wisdom when God gave him a blank check (2 Ch 1:7-12). As a result he became a reference point in his generation.
2. Place your trust in God.
You must trust absolutely in the wisdom of God and not rely on your natural, sensual wisdom (Pro 3:5-6). Natural wisdom is limited but divine wisdom has no limits (Pro 14:12).
3. Inform yourself.
Daniel was committed to developing and informing himself. He read and studied. (Dan 9:2). As a result of his personal development he was ready to assume the roles that God caused him to be promoted into. You see if you have not developed yourself and your gifts then you will be unable to fully capitalize on the wisdom of God.
In 2013 make a commitment to do whatever it takes to access the wisdom of God. The wisdom of God will be the difference maker in your career and/or your business. As you walk in divine wisdom, you will enjoy outstanding results.

God is able to beat your expectations

Acts 3:4-5.

God requires your seed of expectation in order for the supernatural to be manifested, whether you are ministering to others or receiving from God. The lame man expected money. This seed of expectation was enough for God to work with in order to birth something far greater - his healing. According to Eph 3:20, God is able to beat our expectations but it starts with a seed.

Top 5 Ways to Excel Supernaturally In the Workplace

1. Prioritize Rightly.
Mt 6:33.
God and His Kingdom must have their rightful place in your life.

2. Meditate on the Word of God.
Jos 1:8. Psa 1:2.
Your ways need to be aligned with God's ways so that you can prosper.

3. Renew your mind.
Rom 12:2.
Let God's Word be your standard.

4. Be committed to Excellence.
Dan 5:12. Dan 9:2.
God set an example for us in creation by not cutting corners.
Excellence is not cutting corners, being late, clicking in/out (9 to 5), etc.
Excellence is dressing/speaking well, punctual, going above and beyond, etc.

5. Factor in the Grace of God.
1 Cor 15:10. 2 Cor 12:9.
Grace is not just unmerited favor; it is God's ability made available to you.
Don't toil, ride on the grace of God. Psa 127:2.

As you start to focus on these 5 things, you will excel supernaturally in your workplace.

There are many more things that are required to succeed. This list is just the beginning. Let the discussions start.

The Word is the source of Wisdom

Psa 51:6.

"Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts,
And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom." NKJV.

God desires that you place the His Word, which is the truth, in your inner man, i.e. in your spirit. You do this by reading, hearing, and meditating on the Word of God until you get to the point of revelation.

Then when you face a situation, God will stir up wisdom based on the planted Word in your spirit man. Therefore your manifestation of wisdom is determined by the amount of God's Word that you have deposited in your spirit.

So plant the Word in your heart and you will walk in wisdom at the appointed time.

Revelation, the Path to Promotion

Eph 1:17.

It is time to stop being grounded by the wrong attitude to the Word, tradition, and mental assent (religion), and to be elevated by revelation.

Revelation of God's Word sets you free Jn 8:32. When you have revelation of God's Word in a particular area eg health, finances, victory, etc. you own it. You can no longer be held back in that area of your life.

In order to live a supernatural life with signs and wonders in evidence (outstanding results) you must walk in revelation.
