Col 2:7.
Paul's charge to the church was that they should become established in Christ, the Word. Once they do this, they will build faith. And faith will eventually lead to an overflow of Thanksgiving.
You see a man or woman standing in faith believes he/she has received. This is why Thanksgiving is the response to faith.

The Rain of God
Zec 10:1.
In this end times God intends to pour out a rain of the supernatural upon His people. This has been prophesied in the Word.
God wants to pour out His Spirit upon us like never before. You must desire this outpouring so that The Lord's will can be carried out on the earth.
As a believer you must remain in a place of prayer to usher in this rain. Through this rain God intends to grow His Kingdom on the earth.

The Word is the source of Wisdom
Psa 51:6.
"Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts,
And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom." NKJV.
God desires that you place the His Word, which is the truth, in your inner man, i.e. in your spirit. You do this by reading, hearing, and meditating on the Word of God until you get to the point of revelation.
Then when you face a situation, God will stir up wisdom based on the planted Word in your spirit man. Therefore your manifestation of wisdom is determined by the amount of God's Word that you have deposited in your spirit.
So plant the Word in your heart and you will walk in wisdom at the appointed time.

Citizen of the Kingdom
Rom 3:21-31.
Eph 2:12...in the fallen state you were aliens to the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenant of promise. Fallen man has no citizenship and no legal right.
As a foreign national there is less confidence at border immigration and customs than a citizen. However as a citizen of the USA if you don't know your rights then you will have the same level of confidence as an immigrant.
Gal 4:1.
If you don't know your rights then you are like a baby who doesn't yet qualify for his inheritance; he is no different than a servant in this regard.
If you have a revelation of who you are are and your rights as a child of God then you will walk in dominion.
"You are more than a conqueror" will become a reality to you irrespective of what you face.
You must act in boldness based on your status as the righteous. You have God living on your inside with access to all of His power and ability.

A Lifestyle of Worship
Worship is a frequently practiced activity. The Bible lets me know that
you and I were created for the purpose of worshiping God. You see it was
always God's intention that man should live through worshiping Him.
Worship is more than just songs; worship is a lifestyle; a lifestyle continually submitted to God. The dictionary defines worship as 'adoring and reverent honor, and homage paid to God'. God's desire is that you adore Him, honor Him and pay homage to Him continually.
Worship is laying aside your life and bowing your desires down to God so that His will can be done in your life. Your seed, service, dressing, speech, actions, etc. can be acts of worship to God.
Worship does not change God. Rather worship benefits the worshiper. God promises in His word that if you dedicate your life to worshiping Him, He will promote you.
1 Peter 5:6 (NKJV)
6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.
Exodus 8:1 (NKJV)
1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord: “Let My people go, that they may serve Me.
God does not just desire any type of worship, He desires sincere worship. There are numerous conditions that are necessary for true worship. In this article I will address 3 of these things.
3 Things that must be Present for true Worship
1. State of your heart.
The state of your heart is important for true worship. Your heart must be set on the love of God. You must have a revelation of God's love in order to truly worship Him. This revelation will cause you to love Him in return. And when you love God, you will desire to worship Him sincerely.
Matthew 22:37 (NKJV)
37 Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
2. Reverence.
Hebrews 12:28 (NKJV)
28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.
Serve as it is used in the scripture above is from the Greek word 'latreuĊ' which means worship. In this scripture the Bible specifically qualifies your worship with the words reverence and godly fear. This is not a reference to fear as we commonly define it but rather it is a reference to deep respect. There can be no sincere worship of God without a deep respect of Him.
Your reverence for God is borne out of a revelation of who God is to you.
Who is He to you? Who has He been to you? Has He healed you? Has He delivered you? Has His presence is your life resulted in peace? God has been all these to us. The least we can do is to acknowledge Him through our worship.
3. Consecration.
You must be consecrated to God in order to truly worship Him.
John 4:24 (NKJV)
24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
God wants your whole life: spirit, soul & body, to be consecrated to Him in worship. You cannot do this unless you are consecrated to God.
Matthew 4:8-10 (NKJV)
8 Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory.
9 And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”
10 Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.’ ”
Jesus illustrated consecration to us. He was consecrated to God and laid down his flesh in order to accomplish His God-given assignment. This was an act of worship.
In order to really worship God you must be committed to a life of worship. There cannot be true worship until the state of your heart is right, you have a deep respect for God, and you are consecrated to Him.
This is not meant to be an exhaustive article on worship. Rather it is meant to start you on the path to discovery on the topic of worship. I trust that you have been stirred up in the area of worshiping God. I believe that as you commit yourselves to a life of worship, God will show up on your behalf like never before.

Heirs of the Kingdom
According to Col 1:12 you are partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light once you become a member of God's Kingdom. (Eph 1:11. Acts 26:18). This means that you became an heir to the Kingdom. (Rom 8:17,14. Tit 3:7. Gal 3:29,4:7).
There are privileges and responsibilities to being an heir to any Kingdom.
As an heir to the Kingdom you have a right to everything that the Ruler of the Kingdom has - including the power, resources, and silver and gold that are His. The heir is treated with the same respect and honor as the one on the throne. He enjoys the same privileges. When he speaks it is assumed that he speaks on behalf of the throne.
The heir also has a responsibility to serve in the Kingdom, to protect the Kingdom, to honor the Kingdom and to increase the influence of the Kingdom. He does this by living according to the rules and standards of the Kingdom. He makes the Kingdom his priority and in natural Kingdoms he spends time in the military to protect the Kingdom. He is also committed to the propagation of the Kingdom's influence by His actions and by spreading the news and information about the Kingdom and what it represents (including it's benefits).
An heir still has the responsibility to grow into sonship or else he cannot fully enjoy the benefits of his sonship. (Gal 4:1). Just like a natural father will not give the keys to his house or his car to his 2 year old child, likewise, God, the Father, will not give you certain things that are yours by covenant while you are still 'young' spiritually.
It's time for you and I to take our rightful place in The Kingdom. You can grow in sonship, and leave the 'young' stage by applying yourself in God's Word and serving in the Kingdom. You can build your spirit by feeding on God's Word (Acts 20:32, Deut 4:6;29:9, 1 Ki 2:3, Jn 6;63, Psa 119:1,130,133), and increase your commitment to God's Kingdom by your ongoing service. (Mt 6:33).

Living a whole life through intimacy with God
The fact that God wants us to prosper is already settled. According to Psa 35:27 God has pleasure in our prosperity; it delights Him. Prosperity here refers to more than your finances. It also refers to your health, family, business, etc. A prosperous man enjoys wholeness in every area of his life. Furthermore according to Psa 37:23 God orders the steps of the righteous; again it delights Him. If you allow God to order your steps you cannot fail, you can only end up in prosperity.
A key part to allowing God to order your steps and walking in prosperity is your ability to hear God's instructions constantly. The ability to hear God is developed in intimacy; intimacy is developed by spending time with someone. Intimacy also leads to trust.
For example a man and his wife have an intimate relationship because they have spent numerous hours together, discussing and sharing about themselves. Consequently they have developed an ability to understand and trust each other. They share unspoken words that no one else can decipher.
The Bible lets us know that Abraham was wealthy; he had so much wealth that He was a reference point of his generation. It started however with an instruction to leave his father's house (Gen 12:1). He trusted God so much (intimacy) that when God spoke he obeyed. He even obeyed when God requested him to sacrifice his only son (that he waited 99 years for). And as he continued to obey, God continued to increase him. He prospered in his family, businesses, finances, etc. Likewise Isaac, Jacob, Daniel, Joseph, etc. all prospered because they had the ability to hear God, cultivated by being in God's presence.
For you and I the example has been set; we know God's intention to prosper us. The challenge before you and I is to take our relationship with God to the next level. We must make being in His presence a lifestyle, and thus intimacy with Him is established. In so doing we will set ourselves up to hear from Him constantly and thus everything that we do will prosper.
